Therefore, you may receive more than one package with your order, but all items should ship within the shipping timeframe that is indicated for that item. We currently only accept and ship orders in the U.S. lower 48 states and DC.

- Orders received by 2 p.m. eastern time (Monday - Friday) will be processed the same day.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

At ThatsBazaar.com, we understand that purchasing something online that you can't first touch and feel can have its limitations. To resolve this, we offer you the ability to return merchandise to us as long as these certain guidelines are followed:

- A RMA (return material authorization) number is required for all returns. A RMA number can be acquired by requesting via email. The "Contact" tab is an easy way to do this. Once we receive your request, we will issue a RMA number to you via email response.

- The item must be returned in its original packaging, insured for its purchased price, and must be received in “resalable” and packed in NEW condition as when it was shipped to you with all original materials, instructions and packaging. No credit will be given for damaged returns. A 15% processing fee will apply to all returns that are in un-saleable condition, or do not include the original packaging.

- No REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be granted after item has been used.

- No REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be issued on special order, closeout, or discontinued products.

- No REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be issued after 30 days of when a customer originally receives the product shipment.

- Returns due to an error by ThatsBazaar.com or on products that are defective from the manufacturer can be returned or exchanged at no cost. Note: the 30 day requirement above still applies.

- Refunds (less original shipping) will be issued to the original payment method used at time of purchase. In any case where the original payment method is no longer available, store credit will be given.

- No COD (cash on delivery) shipment method will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. It is recommended to use delivery tracking combined with a delivery receipt.

- Shipments refused by the ordering customer are subject to a 15% restocking fee. In the event this occurs, the original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Back Orders on Returns:

If a delay or back order occurs, you will be notified within 1-2 business days via e-mail. Occasionally a back order is needed and can take as much as 3-4 weeks to fulfill. You may contact us to verify shipping estimated time of arrival after a backorder situation is confirmed. If your item is back ordered you may choose another item and the difference will be added or credited to your method of payment.

Warranties:

ThatsBazaar.com strives to be a leader in the area of standing by what we sell in regards to manufacturing materials/workmanship for a period of 30 days after receiving your product. Please be advised, however, that after 30 days, defective products shall be handled by the customer according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
