Are the products you sell brand new and in warranty?
Yes, we are an authorized dealer for all the products we carry. The manufacturers full warranty is included with each item. Our Partner Stores will have their own policies.
Do you ship internationally?
No, not on most Daily featured items. Our shipping policy guidelines must be followed. See the Shipping section for further details. However, our Certified Partner Stores may each have their own Policies & Terms regarding shipping cost, worldwide shipping cost, free shipping options, return and warranty information, etc... and may from time-to-time be featured on the Daily Deals.
Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax for orders that are shipped to a Oklahoma address.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders received by 2 p.m. eastern time (Monday - Friday) will be processed the same day. If it will take longer, we will contact you and state the expected time for processing. Each of our Qualified Partner Stores will have their own policies of how they process and ship orders.
